Katy Pierson, owner and designer, has been living in—and inspired by—the mountains since 2001. She trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley before returning to the Rockies to found Katy Pierson Cake. Since then, she has been creating edible works of art at 9,600 feet.

Her work has been featured in leading publications including Martha Stewart Weddings, Vogue, Style Me Pretty, People, Ruffled, Brides, Rocky Mountain Bride, Magnolia Rouge, and The Knot.

Katy was also honored as a “Top Pastry Pro” by Martha Stewart.

Based in the Colorado mountains, we proudly serve clients across the state, including Breckenridge, Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Steamboat Springs, and Crested Butte. We also travel to New Mexico and Wyoming.
